System One has partnered with a local financial institution that is in search of a Financial Operations Specialist. This will be a six month contract position. 

Responsibilities: 

Processing financial transactions accurately and timely Reviewing and reconciling client accounts Generating statements and reports Resolving client inquiries and issues related to operations Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth procedures and processes Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance standards Managing and maintaining client records and documentation Participating in special projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field 2+ years of experience in wealth management operations or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of financial products and services Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements
