About the role:
Barry Callebaut Digital is on a mission to lead the digital revolution in the chocolate industry, and we are seeking a Financial & Performance Analyst Digital to join our team. This role is central to shaping and driving the financial and performance management of Barry Callebaut Digital.
Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Management & Sourcing, you will manage budgets, implement financial policies, and support leadership stakeholders with financial insights. This global role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of Barry Callebaut while collaborating with stakeholders across our international footprint.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and track BC Digital budgets, including OPEX, CAPEX, and charge-back models. Oversee forecasting and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Design and implement IT service charge-back models in collaboration with ITSM teams. Drive budgeting processes and assist BC Digital leadership with budget planning. Monitor digital expenditures, ensuring they align with approved budgets. Support portfolio managers with implementing value-tracking concepts. Coach project managers on project budgeting and costing questions. Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency in financial management and reporting. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to align financial processes and controls. Implement and maintain financial policies to ensure compliance and integrity. Support digital teams with internal and external audit requests.
About you:
Degree in finance, controlling, business administration, or a comparable field.Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, performance management, or IT controlling.
Familiarity with OPEX, CAPEX, chargeability, intercompany cost allocation, and forecasting processes.
Proven experience in designing and implementing IT service charge-back models. Strong financial acumen with advanced analytical skills. Proficiency in advanced Excel. Ability to establish and manage internal and external partnerships across the organization. Independent and self-driven, with a proactive approach to tasks. Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex situations. A true team player who supports colleagues and commits to joint success. Effective communicator with the ability to simplify complex issues for diverse stakeholders. Adaptable and innovative, with an interest in staying current with emerging technologies.
