Job Description
Position purpose:
To support the performance monitoring, review and management of business units operating in MYSG. Finance business partner to Sales & Customer Service (Business Development, Key Account Managers) supporting the development of new customers and contract renewals with existing customers through the BCEM modelling process.
To meet and deliver monthly reporting requirements, quarterly forecasts and annual budget with 4 year plan.
Business Performance Reporting & Analysis
Prepare financial reporting on monthly results including commentary with the objective of providing insights on the results or trends (Customer, price, volume) to drive pro-active performance discussions and decision-making within BU.Report KPI's on key business drivers to monitor performance and where required, identify new key business drivers that provides better clarity and transparency to monitor performance (New wins, price, volume)Collaborate with Sales & Customer Service to prepare and deliver quarterly forecast and annual budgeting process to manage the achievement of established objectives and key milestones.Collaborate with Sales & Customer Service to deliver BCEM modelling and Investment Summary to derive a customer offer that is attractive and profitable in line with the Brambles LOA.Monthly financial reporting includes the completion and submission of APAC financial templates.Forecast and Budgeting Cycles
A key participant and contributor to Forecast & Budget cycles collaborating with Sales & Customer Service to deliver Revenue and growth assumptions.Consolidate Malaysia and Singapore forecast and budget into Hyperion Financial Management system (BRACS) and submission of APAC financial templates.Assist in preparation of Forecast & Budget presentation to regional leadership teamReporting Systems & Other
Deliver the reporting requirements as required by APAC and the BU.Develop and maintain Work Instructions for areas of responsibility.Adopt continued improvement mindset in delivering impact to stakeholders and BUMeasures:

Degree in Finance / AccountingProfessional accounting qualifications recognised by a professional bodyExperience:
Experience in a similar role within a large organisationExperience in working with, supporting and collaborating with non-finance stakeholders across various functions.Experience presenting information and recommendation to management teams.Skills and Knowledge:
Technical competency with various software programs including Microsoft Office, SAP, Business Warehouse, Oracle EPM.
