Financial Planning & Analysis – Analyst I Worksite Location: Onsite in Chandler, AZ - 4 days a week hybrid schedule Job Summary: As an analyst, you will play a critical role in our finance team, leveraging SAP, Adaptive, and Excel to provide detailed financial analysis and support our strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a motivated individual seeking to build a career in financial planning and analysis within the dynamic and rapidly growing renewable energy sector. Key Job Responsibilities: + Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts using Adaptive, SAP and Excel. + Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data. + Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement. + Support the development of financial models to aid in strategic planning and decision-making. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and insights related to manufacturing operations. + Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and insights. + Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify opportunities. + Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and provide actionable recommendations based on findings. + Assist in the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems, focusing on efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. + Up to 2 years of experience in finance or related field + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate complex financial data. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling. + Basic understanding of SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly. + Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. + Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. + Basic understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and manufacturing processes. + Internship or related experience in finance or accounting, especially within the manufacturing or renewable energy sectors, is a plus.
