Key Responsibilities: + Oversee Adaptive Planning models and scenario planning. + Create and manage Monthly Operating Reports. + Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and long-term planning. + Collaborate on performance reporting decks to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. + Prepare external financial reports and quarterly board presentations. + Conduct in-depth variance and trend analysis to provide actionable insights. + Drive financial performance through thoughtful analysis and collaboration. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in FP& A or similar roles. + Expertise in Adaptive Planning, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. + Strong communication and analytical skills. + Hybrid work schedule: three days in-office in Napa, two days remote.
