Kforce has a client in Baltimore, MD that is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. Summary: We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with specific experience in government contracting (GovCon) and a deep understanding of indirect rates. This role will be critical in driving financial performance, strategic planning, and decision-making processes within the organization. Financial Planning & Analysis: * Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes * Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives * Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Government Contracting (GovCon): * Ensure compliance with government regulations and contract requirements * Manage financial aspects of government contracts, including cost proposals and pricing strategies * Monitor and report on contract performance and profitability Indirect Rates: * Develop, analyze, and manage indirect cost rates * Ensure accurate allocation of indirect costs to projects and contracts * Provide guidance on indirect rate structures and their impact on financial performance Strategic Planning: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and strategy development * Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities * Support M&A activities and integration processes Leadership & Team Management: * Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
