Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will provide reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budgets, and forecasts. You will work closely with key business partners, stakeholders global controllers at various levels to support decision-making processes. Your expertise will help drive business goals and contribute to the success of our organization.The work model for the role is: #hybrid # hybrid-LiThis role is contributing to the Global HUB Controlling. Main stakeholders are finance team members, senior management, and business unit leaders.You will be mainly accountable for:• Ensuring the execution of processes, tasks, and projects while setting team goals and standards• Overseeing HR planning, development, performance reviews, and fostering a business-oriented environment• Managing a team to deliver accurate and timely financial analysis in compliance with specifications, guidelines, and procedures• Collaborating with business controllers to shape and improve business performance• Supporting the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting• Validating the accuracy of financial data and business information• Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing presentations, and offering recommendations• Ensuring the team’s service delivery meets agreed SLAs and KPIs• Optimizing team performance by promoting automation, eliminating duplication, coordinating requirements, and standardizing processes and reports across countries, divisions, and business units• Implementing robust processes and controls in line with Group and unit requirements, maintaining proper audit trails, and updating SOPs regularlyYou will join a dynamic and talented team of professionals committed to excellence and collaboration, where you will have the opportunity to grow and make a meaningful impact.
Qualifications for the roleYou are highly skilled in controlling, FP&A operations, and the finance market You have at least 6 years of experience in Controlling, with advanced skills in FP&A Operations Proven ability to demonstrate your experience in achieving objectives and driving results with ownership, experience interacting with process and business stakeholders at various levels, including executive managers You are a proven people leader who can manage individuals and teams through change and excellent at communicating effectively across all levels You are proficient in IT systems: ERP, Planning and Reporting tools, and integrated solutions You have robust process understanding from both content and technical (IT) perspectives, along with a deep understanding of end-to-end processes, systems, and data flows across business and finance sides of the organization Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar field You are at ease communicating in English You hold current VISA/work permit valid in Poland
