**Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst** **Location:** Santa Monica, CA **Pay Rate:** $25 - 35/hr. DEO Schedule: M-F Adecco is assisting a well-known client in the city of Santa Monica in their search for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst. This role involves helping businesses use financial data to make informed decisions. The FP&A Analyst will analyze data, create reports, and advise management on optimal financial resource allocation. **Responsibilities:** + Analyze financial data, including sales, expenses, and cash flow + Create reports and data visualizations + Conduct profitability analysis + Answer ad hoc queries + Translate numbers into data-driven stories + Evaluate progress toward financial goals + Map out future goals and financial plans + Advise management on growth strategies **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field + Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a master’s degree in finance (preferred) + Certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are a plus **Skills and Traits:** + Strong problem-solving skills + Talent for financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling + In-depth knowledge of the accounting process + Ability to perform both qualitative and quantitative analysis **Pay Details:** $25.00 to $35.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
