Come join us at Corporate HQ for Summer 2025! Our Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”) Internship offers students hands-on, real-world experience within the company over an 8 - 10 week period. This position has a target wage of $21.90 - $28.13 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications. Overtime may be available.
**What You Will Learn & Main Responsibilities**
+ Analyze financial trends against forecast and budget; prepare reporting packages that summarize monthly/quarter/year-end performance
+ Provide timely and accurate financial support for forecast and planning activities
+ Track financial performance for key strategic initiatives and projects
+ Complete ad hoc analyses and special projects as requested
+ Utilize data visualization to present complex information in a clear and concise manner; create and maintain interactive and visually-appealing dashboards that use tools such as PowerBI
+ Opportunities to interact with Senior leadership
+ Opportunities to tour different company business functions and locations such as the Innovation Center, Perdue Learning University and Live Production Farms
**Minimum Education**
+ This position is open to rising Juniors or Seniors pursuing a Bachelors degree.
+ Must be enrolled in an accredited university in a relevant field of study. Finance, Accounting, Data Science or Economics Majors preferred.
+ Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher.
**Experience Requirements**
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to learn new software
+ Possess strong Analytical, Communication (written and verbal) and Time Management skills
+ Must be able to work independently or in teams
**Experience Preferred**
+ 3.25 GPA or higher is highly preferred
+ Completed at least 2 college-level finance classes
+ Student extra-curricular experiences
**Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements**
+ Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
+ May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
+ May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
+ Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
