Job Responsibilities
Work with the Facilities to oversee the financial and legal requirements and agreements of new building construction, purchase and leasing opportunities, and remodels and operating capital needs. Analyze and understand the financial impact of new lease negotiations. Perform facilities analysis for existing and targeted markets, using marketing, financial and demographic data. Work as liaison between Facilities, Accounting, Legal and Branch Operations by understanding and communicating capital needs, status of current projects, capital funding, and problems and delays. Manage processes, regular reporting, and branch execution of working capital areas such as equipment inventory management and accounts receivable initiatives for high efficiency. Analyze key performance indicators to determine root cause, largest opportunities and implement changes to promote increased efficiency. Collaborate with other teams for execution of objectives, such as Inside Sales, Credit and Collections, IT and various leadership within Branch Operations. Coordinate the development and maintenance of operating and capital budgets. Assist the General Manager of Branch Business Development with corporate budget process, financial forecasting and analysis. Act as a subject matter expert for General Managers and all regional branch managers for special projects and analyses related to financial statements and business operations.
Minimum Qualifications
8-15 years related experience. Bachelor’s degree (Accounting or Finance). Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED Frequent travel (6-20%) Frequent overnight stays (6-20%)
Preferred Qualifications
An advanced degree or CPA. Seven to ten years of managerial experience. Strong financial acumen and computer skills to perform financial analysis. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational skills, training, and computer skills and ability to lead in a team environment.
