Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification required. **Experience:** Significant experience required, including supervisory experience. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Significant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience in an operations manufacturing environment: + Lead global forecasting and annual financial planning cycles, including AOP/Simulation, monthly actual reporting, and quarterly forecast. + Manage global cost reduction projects analysis and support plant Operations management. + Lead local financial systems maintenance and management. + Strong analytical skills are a must. Analyzes business results, determines root causes and prepares recommendations and alternatives for review by management. + Excellent communication skills are also a requirement for this position - upward, cross-functional, and peer level. + Drive problem solving, process improvement and when needed conflict management. + CMA, CPA qualified with proficiency in Finance system and Excel are preferred.
