The firm is dedicated to assisting clients in defining and achieving their financial goals through thoughtful and strategic planning.

Our client is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to support the team in both administrative functions and contribute to the advisory side, depending on the candidate's experience and development. This role requires a proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. You will collaborate closely with the senior advisor, assisting in financial planning tasks and client service operations.

Financial Planning Associate Responsibilities: Support the Senior Advisor in the preparation and development of financial plans, including goal-setting, investment strategies, and product recommendations.  Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes pertinent to financial planning.  Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.  Collaborate with the team in delivering administrative support, managing correspondence, processing transactions, and following up on client inquiries.  Assist in the development of marketing materials and the management of social media campaigns.  Assist in organizing and preparing for client and prospecting events.  Communicate clearly and confidently in all interactions with clients and team members. The successful candidate has:  A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience in financial services, including roles such as financial advising or licensed assistant positions.  Progress toward or completion of the CSC / CPH licensing, or a willingness to complete the course within one year.  A Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, or a commitment to pursue this certification.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.  Strong understanding of investment products and financial regulations.  Experience with marketing and social media management is considered an asset, though not required.
