Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Financial Planning Associate to support our team of financial experts. In this role, you will assist in crafting comprehensive financial plans, analyze market trends, and help deliver customized investment strategies. Key Responsibilities:
+ Client Financial Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing financial data to help develop personalized wealth management strategies for our clients.
+ Plan Development: Collaborate with senior planners to create detailed financial plans, including investment, retirement, and estate planning strategies.
+ Market Research: Monitor market trends and economic indicators to support the development of innovative financial solutions.
+ Administrative Support: Manage client documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
+ Client Engagement: Support client meetings, prepare presentations, and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and care.
+ Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute ideas to improve our financial planning services.

Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
+ 1-3 years of experience in financial planning, investment analysis, or a related financial services role.
+ Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
+ Series 65 and PA Life and Health Insurance Licenses a plus
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
+ Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
+ A commitment to continuous learning and professional development; certifications (such as CFP) are a plus.
