POSITION SUMMARY:
The Financial Planning & Control Analyst is responsible to assist the Planning & Control department for the manufacturing operations.

What you will bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering. Experience utilizing enterprise software systems is highly preferred. Knowledge of fundamental accounting and cost accounting concepts, practices and procedures. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles. Ability to identify continuous improvement measures. Must be proactive, results oriented, and have strong attention to detail. Self-starter with strong work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targeted deadlines. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language. Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Strong Excel skills, i.e. knowledge of V-Look Ups, Pivot Tables, basic accounting formulas, etc.Desirable
Specific experience with SAP is preferred. Specific experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is preferred.
