Organization/Business Overview: 

Legacy Wealth Group, an established financial services practice for Thrivent located in Las Vegas, Nevada and Los Angeles, California is looking to grow and support a full-time Financial Professional. By joining our existing team, you can leverage the diverse skill sets of seven veteran financial advisors to serve more clients and accelerate your career. In this role, training and support will come directly from our practice, with a 17-week initial onboarding provided by Thrivent. Position Summary:

Our well established, high performing team is currently looking for a Client Service Advisor. This position provides support to Legacy Wealth Group’s existing client base. It serves as a resource to Financial Advisors and clients in handling, researching, and communicating inquiries regarding their accounts and supports the daily operations of the practice, including, but not limited to utilizing Thrivent computer systems and programs in support of client relations and planning activities of the Financial Advisors, supports securities and insurance-related tasks and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Team Sponsored Launch provides stability of income and the ability to focus on learning and development rather than production. You will work closely with our team receiving mentorship, coaching, training, and support. The Team Sponsored Launch program provides support from three months to three years. At the end of the program, you will become a commission only Financial Professional working alongside Legacy Wealth Group.

Responsibilities:

Learn and understand the entire operation of Legacy Wealth GroupParticipate in Joint Fieldwork with Legacy Wealth Group to build expertise and learn best-practices within the industryMeet with new and existing clients to build a book of business and grow relationshipsSolicit and sell appropriate products, complete applications, write recommendations, and service existing clients/contractsPosition products, services, and strategies to help clients gain financial clarityBuild proficiency in common advice tools and platforms like Salesforce, Money Guide Pro, What-If Tax, etc.Participate in events to attract new clients and provide financial education to the local communityResearch and respond to client inquiriesCollaborate with Lead Advisor on complex scenarios Schedule, prep, and document all your client meetings

Position Requirements:

Securities registration required- SIE, Series 7 and 66 (or 7, 63 & 65)Life, Health and Annuities registration required
