Key Tasks: * Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations * Manage quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Q and 10-K reports * Conduct technical accounting research and provide guidance on complex accounting issues * Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness * Collaborate with external auditors during audits and reviews * Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies * Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts * Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management * Support various accounting projects and initiatives as needed
