Job Title: Financial Reporting Accountant III

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements:** Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.Analyze financial data:** Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes:** Maintain strict adherence to deadlines.Implement and maintain internal controls:** Safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.Collaborate with cross-functional teams:** Work with various departments to support business objectives.Manage external audits:** Facilitate audit processes and ensure timely resolution of issues.Stay informed about industry trends and regulations:** Maintain compliance with standard methodologies and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field: Advanced degree or CPA certification preferred.Proven experience:** Minimum of 5 years in financial reporting or a similar role.Strong analytical skills:** Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication skills:** Both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively.Attention to detail:** Perseverance in delivering high-quality, accurate work.Proficiency in financial software:** Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.Great teammate: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
