Tatte Bakery & Café seeks a Financial Reporting Analyst to join an expanding, fast-growth organization to help Tatte grow and deliver exceptional experiences to its guests and clients. Ideal candidates will be intellectually curious, self-driven and highly motivated, and be familiar with financial modeling and sound economic principles. The candidate must be able to balance competing priorities and provide meaningful suggestions and insight, backed by data driven analysis.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Execute weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting Analyze financial and operating data to support the business by communicating key insights, risks, and findings to management Participate in month end close and subsequent reporting to provide further insight on such items as revenue, food & labor cost, treasury, and accounts receivable Partner with key stakeholders and business leaders across the organization to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations

Qualifications:

BA / BS degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related field and 1+ years of relevant experience Advanced proficiency with Excel Highly analytical, detail oriented, and ability to dig into data and provide actionable insights, root cause analysis, and recommendations Demonstrated financial and/or analytical experience including familiarity with concepts of forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and data interpretation and analysis Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous environment Effective communication skills with an ability to interpret and present information across the organization Ability to work cross-functionally and with senior management Retail/restaurant experience preferred
