If you desire to be a part of a team that values your unique talents and helps you achieve your full potential, this is the job for you! **Responsibilities** + Perform detailed analysis of financial results, explaining variances and trends, and provide financial insights to help management make informed decisions. + Apply accounting principles to analyze financial data, record and reconcile transactions, and assist in the preparation of financial reports. + Research proper accounting treatment in accordance with GAAP, as needed. + Collaborate with other finance and functional teams to perform expense reviews and forecast annual operating spend. + Prepare for and support the annual business planning process, including operating and capital plans. + Lead the year-end review which includes the preparation of external financial statements and cash flows, consolidating entries, and financial workpapers. + Ensure successful implementation of new accounting standards, as necessary. + Perform ad hoc projects as requested. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field + CPA certification + 3+ years of relevant financial reporting, accounting, or finance experience, preferably with experience in Public Accounting **Why Kimley-Horn?** At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
