The Reporting and Automation Lead for Financial Shared Services (FSS) plays a pivotal role in Winland Foods continuous improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for managing all automation and continuous improvement projects for Winland FSS and other Finance groups as needed. This position will help to establish, deliver and monitor financial metrics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives and all other software efficiency projects/processes including Power BI dashboards, reporting and other SAP reporting as requested. This position will partner across OTC, P2P and RTR cross-functional teams to establish the most effective and efficient outcomes for the business. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Order to Cash.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Primary lead for automation and continuous improvement initiativesPrimary lead for all Power BI interfaces, scorecards, dashboards and reportingPoint of contact for all RPA as a service partner inquires and deliverables and break/fix itemsMaintains agreement documentation, including set up and revisionsIdentifies and leads process improvement initiatives and additional reporting opportunitiesSAP Reporting Subject Matter Expert for OTC, P2P, RTRSharePoint Lead for OTC, P2P, RTRDoes external research and learning to drive adoption internally where ROI can be demonstrated for automation projects and efficiency gains.Travel to company manufacturing facilities or offices business meetings may be required.The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list of all tasks. Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent requiredExperience within the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry preferredExperience with SAP, Power BI, and Vistex preferredProcess improvement experience preferredDemonstrated strong analytical skillsAbility to think creatively and solve problems, using sound judgement.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic work environment, meeting deadlines with accurate and detailed results.Results driven with a focus on high performance, and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills (formal and informal) with business acumen and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, setting a tone of working in partnership and collaboration.Strong MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, and Teams with Advanced Experience with Excel (formatting, formulas, macros)Demonstrates cooperation and collaboration in a team setting while maintain the ability to work independently with minimal oversightEEO Statement:
