We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Operations Finance Department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and operational support within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements, including 10-Q SEC filing + Support the budgeting and forecasting processes. + Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data. + Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. + Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management. + Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed. **Qualifications:** + Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. + Prior internship or work experience in finance or operations is a plus. **What We Offer:** + Hands-on experience in a professional finance environment. + Mentorship and guidance from experienced finance professionals. + Networking opportunities with various departments and senior management. + A supportive and collaborative work culture. + Potential for future career opportunities within the company. The hourly range for this role is $20/hr to $22/hr. We may pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future.
