JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Assist with preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements related to the Company’s debt securitization and debt covenant compliance, as well as other ad hoc financial reporting requestsAssist in the audit and review of prepared financial statementsAssist shared services with certain month-end close journal entries and close processes.Work with business units and other departments to provide support for technical accounting matters as needed.Assist the Treasury department with weekly cash reportingAssist with preparation of audit schedules and responding to audit requestsEstablish productive relationships within finance and other departmentsMaintain financial records in compliance with corporate policies and proceduresAct as business partner with management to provide recommendations to improve month end processes, financial controls, forecasting and general analyticsAnalyze current processes and make recommendations for process improvementResearch technical developments related to accounting pronouncements and assess impact to the CompanyQualifications:BA/BS degree in accounting or related fieldCPA or Chartered Accountant certification5+ years of Finance experience, including experience auditing public companiesExperience with financial statement preparation and reportingStrong technical accounting background with knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and financial reporting requirementsExperience obtaining and analyzing data from an ERP and database management systems (Oracle and OneStream experience preferred, but not required)Understanding of transaction cash flows related to debt securitization programsExcellent communication, analytical and Excel skillsAbility to work well in a team environment

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
