Kforce's client in Boston, MA is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join their team! Duties: * Prepare and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS * Compliance with financial regulations and standards, including SEC filings, tax regulations and internal policies * Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting standards * Supervise and mentor accounting and finance staff involved in financial reporting processes * Develop a collaborative environment and provide training to team members as needed * Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement * Coordinate and support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations * Budgeting and Forecasting skill * Work closely with other departments, Tax, Treasury, Operations to ensure integrated financial reporting
