Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Business/Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Business/Financial Analyst, you will be part of the Business Markets FP&A team supporting sales quota and compensation strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting a Sales organization and with Quota setting/modeling which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Business/Financial Analyst - II
**Location:** Basking Ridge, NJ (Hybrid 2 days every week - either Tues/Wed or Tues/Thurs)
**What's the Job?**
+ Building and assessing alternative quota zone models
+ Analyzing impacts to sales rep payouts
+ Providing support for sales compensation strategy projects
+ Evaluating complex business performance issues and serving as a functional specialist providing strategic guidance and insight to driving profitable growth
+ Assessing the impact of strategic financial decisions and presenting recommendations to leadership
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or four or more years of work experience.
+ Four or more years of relevant work experience.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite with strong knowledge of Excel and digital tools.
+ Strong data analysis skills, including scenario/"what-if" analysis
+ Attention to detail
