Job Description

Brook Street recruitment is working with our client in Newtownards who currently have a Financial Services Administrator position in their busy office,

The Financial Services Administrator will be required to work in a small team and will play a vital role in the running of this busy office

Duties

Dealing with telephone enquiries from client`s and investment companiesGeneral administration duties and working in partnerships with Financial Advisors.Sorting and scanning mailContacting clients to arrange appointmentsPreparing client portfolio packsLiaising with the firm`s Financial AdvisersPreparing, sending and tracking new business applicationsMaintaining the client databaseAccurate and diligent record keeping


Criteria:

Applicants for this role MUST have a minimum of 2 years of working in the Financial Services industry and have a working knowledge of pensions and investments etcWorking knowledge of FCA Rules, Guidance Notes and Commitments that apply to the job role.Desirable - Diploma qualified or working towards.The ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic and self- driven to succeed.
