Introduction to the team
The Financial Services group provides regulatory compliance, internal audit, information systems and related consulting services for financial institutions, including banks, credit unions and other types of financial services companies throughout the United States. The Financial Services Information Technology team provides technology assessments, strategic technology planning, system selection consulting, system penetration testing, disaster recover planning and process engineering.

Responsibilities:
Provide training and supervision for engagement StaffPerform and document testing on consulting, compliance and internal audit engagementsIdentify findings and document opportunities for process improvementResearch technical issues that arise during the engagementAssist Managers and/or Senior Managers in developing strategic solutions to meet client needs Work closely with Managers and/or Senior Managers on engagement planning, executing, and issuing a final report meeting client deadlinesBegin to develop relationships with clients, including involvement in networking and business development activitiesQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencerequired; information systems, business, accounting or finance preferredCISA CISM, CISSP preferred. If not certified, must meet educational requirements to obtain license upon hire in state of employmentCPA, CIA, CRCM, CAMS, CFIRS, CFE, and/or CFF preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in information systems, internal audit, regulatory compliance, consulting servicesVulnerability Scanning and Penetration Testing experience preferredNetwork engineering/administration experience with a security emphasis preferredKnowledge of IT control and/or services management standards such as CObIT, ITIL, ISO preferredSOX IT audit experience preferredPrevious experience in banking or credit unions preferredTravel up to 60% annuallyAbility to work effectively as part of a team and independentlyCreative problem solving and research skillsStrong analytical and report writing skillsMotivated to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client serviceAbility to handle multiple priorities, tasks, and simultaneous projects Excellent verbal and written communications Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Here, you’ll be challenged and rewarded for leadership, technical excellence, and inspired perspectives.
