Ensure that all projects are executed according to established standards and methodologies. + Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively. + Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure compliance with banking regulations. + Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives. Facilitate collaboration among team members and ensure clear communication of roles and responsibilities. + Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) is preferred. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services industry. Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully. + Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau). + Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) as well as traditional project management frameworks (PMBOK). + Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
