NTT DATA’s Financial Services Consulting Practice partners with our clients on their transformation journeys from strategy and delivery to achieving business outcomes, helping them to respond to digital proliferation by focusing on customer-oriented services, just-in-time services, and modularized product offerings.   

 

The Risk & Compliance Consulting team includes management consultants who help our Financial Services clients effectively navigate today’s risk management and compliance requirements to protect institutional assets against threats and risks to business profitability. Our practice specialties include operational risk management, internal and external compliance, Financial Crimes prevention, Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) capabilities, and digital fraud solutions. 

 

As a Risk and Compliance Consulting Director, you will have access building incredible opportunities with our clients. You will work collaboratively as part of a client-facing team to deliver value to our clients and help them meet their business objectives. The NTT DATA Global presence will allow opportunities across a variety of industries and, possibly, countries! Our client base and expertise span strategic financial services institutions including U.S. banks, global payment providers, and wealth management firms. You will regularly collaborate with our industry experts in driving business solutions and outcomes to help our client achieve their digital, data and transformational goals. 

 

Key Responsibilities
-  Manage and/or oversee the management of the largest and most complex client engagements
-  Collaborate with leadership to establish organizational strategy and business objectives
-  Influence the strategic and/or long-term focus of the organization
-  Implement tactical and strategic change throughout the organization
-  Provide authoritative advice to top management based on deep subject matter expertise
-  Provide thought leadership on the most complex business and/or technical client engagements
-  Provide expert consulting, guidance, and strategic planning
-  Influence business and technology strategy by understanding business needs and industry trends and prioritizing business and/or IT resources
-  Act internally and externally as a technical thought leader and visionary
-   Lead the development of innovative ideas and principles
-  Generate leading-edge consulting solutions
-  Develop and maintain effective relationships with top executives in targeted companies and participates as a key member in solutions and strategy decisions

 

Basic Qualification Requirements:
-  Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
-  10+ years of experience in Risk and/or Compliance supporting the Financial Services industry
-  Experience in one or more of the areas below:
    -       Capital Market Regulations, including FINRA, SEC, DTCC, etc.
    -       Financial Crimes, including AML Risk Assessment, KYC (CDD+EDD), transaction monitoring and sanctions screening
    -       Fraud Management, including synthetic and digital fraud
    -       Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Business and Technology, including direct experience with GRC technologies and Risk platforms to support broader enterprise needs
    -       First and second line of defense controls management, including direct experience with risk identification, taxonomies, controls analysis, controls implementation/automation
    -       Data privacy, including GDPR and CCPA standards, with experience in advising clients as it relates to usage and applicability of data standards

 

Preferred Skills and Experience:
-  Graduate degree
-  Management Consulting firm experience that required daily customer engagement and delivery excellence to complete client projects
-  Experience in client facing business development, building industry relationships, and developing talent

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $200,000-$280,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.  This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
