Responsibilities: * The Financial Services Specialist will provide personalized financial advice and solutions to clients, including investment options, retirement planning, and wealth management * Assist clients with banking transactions, account management, and resolving inquiries * Conduct financial needs assessments to identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients * Process loan applications, credit card applications, and other financial products * Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies * Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up * The Financial Services Specialist will assist with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a secure and organized work environment * Participate in training and development programs to enhance financial knowledge and skills
