Financial Solutions Center Team Lead
Work Hours are Onsite at the Atlanta Office Location (Downtown) Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4pm
The Coca-Cola Credit Union was established in 1965 and currently services 165,000+ members. The Credit Union serves customers on multiple products, such as mortgage and investments. The Financial Solutions Center Team Lead role will serve as a lead and is primarily responsible for ordering and conducting cash management duties. The ideal candidate will be well versed in all Financial Solutions Center (FSC) operational procedures and actively participate in the credit union incentive program by promoting and participating in a sales and service culture consistent with the credit union’s business plan goals.
Essential Functions:
Perform all duties and responsibilities associated with the Member Service Representative (MSR) role.Assist MSRs with resolving balancing discrepancies.Manage ordering and maintaining vault cash.Serve as the back-up for the FSC Manager when required.Exercise discretion in making policy exceptions within designated authority.Proactively refer and cross-sell credit union products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.Ensure accurate balancing and maintenance of cash dispensing machines.Conduct monthly audits of ATMs and cash drawers in accordance with policy.Serve as a Notary Public as needed.Other Responsibilities:
Provide support to FSC management with additional duties as assigned.Work overtime as requested by management.Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.Previous leadership experience preferred.Minimum of two to three years of prior experience as a teller.Previous sales experience is an asset.Previous Vault Managment experience preferredSkills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficiency in math, communication, and keyboarding skills.Abilities:
Capability to cross-sell credit union products and services effectively.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Working Environment:
Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods.Occasional lifting may be necessary.Must be flexible to work remotely when needed.Skills:

$52,646 - $61,656Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
