Financial Solutions Information Specialist

The Financial Solutions Information Specialist (FSI Specialist) is responsible for obtaining the required lease information for the sales team to support sales opportunities:  trade-ups and lease credit approvals from Ricoh’s lease funding partners and 3rd Party financing companies as well as cash and in-house rental transactions from Ricoh.  The FSI Specialist is also responsible to support management of the Lease Portfolio to ensure accuracy of information

Responsibilities:

Manage Lease Trade-up requests with the applicable funder for any requests that are not auto-completed through the system (B2B)  Obtain trade-up, settlement and buy-out quotes from Funding partners and 3rd Party Syndication Leasing companies; Upload all quotes and validate to ensure executed quotes are processed properly and provide to Ricoh Sales; and Provide competitive settlement quotes ensuring SLA’s are achieved Manage Lease Credit Applications Source credit approvals from the appropriate funder as required by the funding direction as established by Manager  Provide Sales with response notifications for all Credit Approvals, Declines or Requests for Additional Information from Funding Partners, as applicable As required, submit requests for 3erd Party Syndication lease credit approvals  Support Credit Manager as required for Cash and In-House Rental credit approvals from Ricoh Canada Credit Achieve required SLA targets Lease Portfolio Management Support management of the Lease Portfolio to ensure accuracy of information. Manage terminations of Lease and Finance contracts that require auto-termination at the end of the initial term (Software Payment Agreements and $1 Buyout Leases) through notifications to Sales and Contract Billing Monthly SLA reporting Responsible for the understanding and adhering to the specific requirements of the Policy and Procedures of the ISO Quality Management System, Sarbanes Oxley and ISMS 

Qualifications

Post Secondary Education Minimum of 2 years' related Leasing, Credit and Customer Service experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Microsoft Office: specifically Excel Strong communication (verbal and written) skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Accuracy and detail orienated Positive collaboration skills within a team environment, cross-functionally and works well independently Customer service orientated Able to multi-task
