How You’ll Make an Impact as a Financial Specialist

· Support Experis Services leadership team within the $1.4B Experis US organization to drive profitable market-leading growth. Define and create impactful financial analysis and ensure timely visibility into performance trends to allow business to adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.

· Drive creation of financials for the service organization are accurate and produced timely. Proactively prepare analysis of financial trends by service offering, engagement model, and product. Partner with operations, back office and field teams to ensure transactional set-ups support clean and accurate financials.

· Define methodology and work with business leaders to create forward-looking projections to drive visibility and accountability into trends to ensure proactive actions are taken to drive profitable growth for the services business. Identify the need for an create financial analysis for investment business cases ensuring solid ROI.

· Define and create robust pricing models in support of new client opportunities in close partnership with the services sales leaders. Provide deep financial acumen and partnership to sales to ensure deals are priced to market.

· Partner with business analytics teams to facilitate a clear view into leading and lagging operating metric indicators and their correlation to overall financial performance or the services business. Align leaders around a common focused metrics data set.

· Own ensuring leadership understanding of financial results, including leading indicators and levers for improved performance. Ensure clear understanding of correlation between key operating metrics and overall financial performance. Assist leaders in leveraging dashboards and report to understand trends.

· Proactively and comprehensively communicate analytical findings is in a way to ensure awareness and improved business performance to regional and senior leadership.

· Develop and maintain process flow documentation for all owned procedures. Partner with Finance Director and Data and Analytics teams to leverage technology, including automation and advanced analytics/dashboard reporting.

· Proactively lead the development of other strategic analyses in support of the Experis US brand, Experis service business, as well as the overall NA FASS organization.

· Historical and forward looking financial/trend analysis and business partnership with the services organization. Working with the FD in support of the business leaders to set strategic action plans and executive to ensure strong ROI.

· Work closely with fellow finance colleagues on cross-FASS initiatives.
