The Financial Specialist is responsible for:

Coordinating and improving the processes for financial analysis and reportingLeading complex projects to achieve the organizations goals and objectiveConduct data analysis, develop statistical models, and create detailed reports to drive data-driven insights and inform business performance optimization.Prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint to cabinet members, finance committees, and upper management, effectively communicating key insights and recommendations.Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Required - Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting 

Preferred - Master's in Business Administration

Experience

Required - 8 years of Accounting or Finance

 

How often will this team member be working remotely? Hybrid (8-10 onsite per year)
