Job description and required skills:
- Checking and registering technical parts purchase invoices (domestic and foreign) and issuing payment orders
- Follow up on advance payments for repurchasing technical parts
- Realizing technical parts warehouse and issuing accounting document
- Receiving reports and contrasting the financial system with the warehouse system
- Registration and control of all returned items from the repair unit to the warehouse
- Preparation, analysis and control of all supply and maintenance accounts
- Closing accounts monthly.
- Monthly warehouse management.
- Having at least two years of relevant work experience
- High skill in Excel
