Mission:
The Financial Specialist will play a pivotal role in our IT company, ensuring that financial and operational activities are aligned with our strategic objectives. This position requires a keen analytical mind, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of management control systems.
Responsibilities:
• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to monitor the company's performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring they are accurate, realistic, and aligned with the company's goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement performance metrics to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of various departments and projects.
• Risk Management: Identify potential financial and operational risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
To be successful in the role you must have:
+5 years of professional experience in similar roles.Bachelor´s degree in finance, accounting, Business administration or related field.Proficiency in financial software, excel and familiarity with banking IT platforms is advantageous.Strong ability to analyze large sets of data, interpret financial trendes and provide actionable recommendations.Fluency in English.What do we offer?
