The Financial Support Analyst provides key financial and analytical support to the USAP platform finance team. They will serve as a finance liaison between all functional areas of the management services organization. This is a hybrid position based out of our Houston, TX office location.

Job Highlights
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation)
· Serves as technical resource in the analysis and evaluation of financial functions for the practice, primarily clinical compensation.
· Works to manage processing clinical time and keeping systems accurate for clinical pay.
· Identifies, analyzes, and resolve systems and solutions to prevent recurring issues.
· Prepares platform metrics and provides reports to management.
· Maintains current knowledge of platforms policies and procedures to provide effective customer service, support the development and/or recommend new or revised procedures for improving overall performance.
· Cross train for role flexibility within the finance team.
· Enhances workflow and cross-departmental engagements.
Qualifications
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSAs):
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related field.
· Minimum 1-2 years related experience. At least 1 year of healthcare related experience or experience in medical practice preferred.
· Expertise in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel & PowerPoint.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Professional level of verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact with senior executives and clinical leadership.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines.
