WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Job Summary As a Financial System Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of financial systems within Trilogy Health Services. Your primary focus will be on providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the functionality of financial software applications – primarily Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Roles and Responsibilities • Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users experiencing issues with financial software applications. • Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors, user-reported problems, and performance issues. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and other relevant departments, to understand user requirements and system integrations. • Work closely with software vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. • Ensure Information Technology General Controls for all financial related systems. • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), Audit requirements, HIPAA, Payment Card Industry (PCI), etc. as it applies to financial related systems. • Propose and implement improvements to financial systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to suggest innovative solutions. • Analyze financial data and system logs to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement. • Generate reports and insights to support decision-making processes. • Add and manage users, roles and data access based on organization-defined data policies and roles matrix defined by the organization. • Manage all Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Cloud operations to coordinate and complete any administration tasks. • Other duties as assigned. Licenses and Certifications None Required Physical Requirements Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
