The Financial Systems Administrator 3 is responsible for designing implementing monitoring configuring troubleshooting and maintaining financial systems. 

What you will be doing Execute on projects involving complex installations, upgrades and modernization of financial systemsRespond to requests related to complex financial systemsIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve financial system issues in a timely manner with minimal oversight; apply extensive experience and best practice knowledge in problem resolutionPerform moderately complex to complex financial systems maintenanceCompose internal documentation with minimal oversight from team members that reflects processes and system configurationsTake proactive measures to identify and improve internal efficiencies; remain current on best practices and market trendsIdentify need to implement additional functionality in current systems and for new technology purchasesAssist with the creation of proposals on technical specifications and requirements for purchasing of new financial systemsMentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities of team What will make you successful Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceSignificant experience as a systems administratorExperience with Workday Financials and/or Zoura RevPro5 years of Experience with accounting or financial reportingMicrosoft Windows and Office proficientStrong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tactStrong interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of departmentStrong collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with all levels of employees in other areasStrong analytical thinking and problem solving skillsAbility to work outside of normal business hours (evenings, weekends, etc.)Strong attention to detailSelf-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion independentlyStrong knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and productsStrong knowledge of GAAP accounting standards, financial statements and internal controlsStrong knowledge of systems administrationUp to 5% travel time requiredBased on individual states’ employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $84,000-$105,000 and eligible for bonus and benefits
