We're looking for a a techno-functional individual who can effectively partner with Finance and Accounting management, becoming a trusted advisor in the accounting close and consolidation space. This analyst will sit on our IT Corporate Finance Solutions team, supporting the Finance and Accounting organizations. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Administration and Support: Day-to-day administration and support of Hologic’s EPM financial close and consolidation solutions. Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) application administration, including lifecycle management and support. Metadata management via Hyperion Data Relationship Management (DRM). Application security design and troubleshooting. Data forms build and design. Smart View administration and support. Project Leadership: Prepare and lead projects for migrating Hologic’s current HFM on-premise solution to Oracle EPM Cloud. Data integrations between HFM and Hyperion Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) as well as Qlik/Power BI. Stakeholder Engagement: Build partnerships with key stakeholders in Accounting and Finance and across Information Technology (IT). Provide subject matter expertise and technical support to all end users of Oracle EPM. Advise users on the best ways to utilize the EPM suite of tools to support their business processes and reporting needs. Project Planning and Execution: Assist with future project planning, scheduling, communication, and implementation activities with both internal stakeholders and external consultants. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot daily production processing including scheduled FDMEE jobs, batch scripting, and EPM Automate jobs. Compliance and Audits: Assist in ITGC and SOX audits while managing a strict change control process related to application enhancements.

Qualifications:

Experience in best practices and industry trends in accounting, financial reporting, and the accounting close and consolidation process. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS Accounting standards. Skilled in the design, configuration, development, and support of Oracle EPM solutions including HFM, DRM, FDMEE, and Financial Reporting (HFR). Knowledge of Hyperion Planning and Essbase in a cloud environment (PBCS) is a plus. Experience with Oracle Financial Close Cloud Solutions (FCCS) is a plus. Advanced Excel skills. Understanding of and experience with SQL and data warehouses.

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems. Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus. Solid understanding of accounting and finance business processes and process improvement. Proven track record working in a constantly evolving and dynamic large company environment (multicurrency and multi-application). 5+ years of experience with HFM, including HFM Rules File and Smart View. Experience with HFM, FDMEE, Financial Reporting studio, and DRM. Project Management skills are a plus.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $88,600 - $138,500 and is bonus eligible.  Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
