Description A multi-billion dollar financial services company located near Sayreville, NJ, is looking for a Financial Systems Analyst. This is a hybrid opportunity. + This position will complement the external consultants and in-house IT team currently working on this project. + Collaboration with functional teams and others is crucial to determine system requirements and to guide users on system best practices + Active involvement with the current implementation of Microsoft Dynamics D365 F& O ERP platform. + Will actively engage in testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting. + Assist in the migration of data between systems, verify and test for any discrepancies. + Responsibilities will transition to administration and enhancement once implementations are completed. + Assist with the Implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics D365 F& O ERP platform including + Create and maintain user manuals and provide user training Requirements The ideal candidate will have: + Minimum 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics D365 F& O ERP platform (implementation exposure preferred not required) and Administrator experience, or similar experience with same class of ERP. + Bachelor’s degree in accounting with concentration in accounting information’s systems strongly preferred. Direct experience can compensate for educational requirements. + Have some familiarity with US GAAP reporting requirements a plus, not required. + Are technologically savvy including SQL, Power BI, Power Query, SharePoint. + Strong general ledger, accounts payable workflow background required. + Have excellent Excel skills required (Pivot table, V-lookups, index-match and advance formulas).
