Financial Systems Analyst
Description Global company located in Princeton seeks Financial Systems Analyst to join tenured team. The Systems Analyst should have an accounting foundation and experience using BI to automate reports and the ability to create macros and dashboards. Experience with Power BI or TM1 or Cognos is required. Responsibilities to include: + Analyze, research and resolve system defects involving the General Ledger + Support the SAP Global Template general ledger processes + Assist in creating reports, procedures and queries to respond to user requests + Prepare, update and maintain user guides and provide system training to applicable departments + Analyze complex financial data and prepare leadership consolidation files For additional details please contact joseph.imbesi@roberthalf. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential for managing financial data efficiently. • Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services is required for streamlining payroll and human resources tasks. • Familiarity with CRM is crucial for managing customer relationships and interactions. • Ability to use Crystal Reports to create, design, and deliver reports based on data is needed. • Mastery of Data Mining Techniques is desirable to extract and analyze data from different perspectives. • Understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary for managing the company's financial operations. • Familiarity with Accrual Accounting is crucial for recording revenue and expenses when they are incurred, regardless of when cash is exchanged. • Experience in Auditing is essential to ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with laws and regulations. • Knowledge of Budget Processes is needed to plan, create, and manage the company's financial resources. • Understanding of Capital Management is crucial for managing the company's capital structure, financing, and investment decisions.
