Financial Systems Analyst

This is a very well known company in the Kansas City Metro and a great opportunity to be on the cutting edge of their new technological transformation and play a major role within a large organization.See below and apply if interested!Job Description The Senior Financial Automation Analyst will design, develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions within the Corporate Accounting and Finance Department, utilizing various automation tools. Responsibilities + Identify infrastructure efficiencies within the current automation framework. + Gather requirements on new and existing processes to prepare for automation. + Manage projects and support full lifecycle implementation on automation projects, including requirement gathering, design, development, delivery, and post-production maintenance. + Perform day-to-day system maintenance and production support related to automation efforts. + Adhere to automation best practices across all process automation deliverables. + Demonstrate the capability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them to automation builds. + Maintain effective relationships with end users. + Review automation team best practices based on the current approach. + Perform all other duties as assigned. Essential Skills + Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant accounting, finance, or technology experience. + Strong project management skills and a strategic perspective. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively. + Ability to balance and prioritize multiple day-to-day and ongoing projects simultaneously. + Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. + Experience with UiPath preferred. + Experience with Microsoft Power Platform. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Additional credit may be given for public accounting experience. + Experience with Alteryx is preferred. + Experience with Oracle is an advantage. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
