About the Role: We are looking for a Financial Systems Programmer to join the Corporate Finance team. In this role, you will assist in the end-to-end design, development, support and administration of our enterprise-wide financial processes and systems to ensure they effectively and efficiently meet reporting and business needs.
This position will be located at our Paper Mill East facility in Newark, Delaware, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
Pay and Benefits:
$70,000 - $120,000 per year Factors considered in extending an offer within this pay range include (but not limited to) education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Assist with the development, enhancement, maintenance, and administration of our financial planning and reporting applications Collaborate cross-functionally to define & understand business needs and develop custom systematic solutions to meet those needs Identify, propose, and implement application and process enhancements to streamline finance deliverables and workload across the organization Test applications to ensure functionality, reliability and performance meet established standards and business needs Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation for finance applications and processes Provide training and support to application users and business partners; addressing inquires and resolving technical issues in a timely manner Assist with regular and ad-hoc Finance deliverables and projects as assignedResponsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or other related field of study Demonstrated knowledge or experience with programming or software development and system administration Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Capability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams; and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt and continue to learn new concepts and technologies Ability to travel 10%
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge or experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Power BI, SAP S4/HANA, Cognos, or other planning, consolidation or reporting tools Knowledge or experience with widely used programming languages, such as Python
