Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Technology Manager in Doral, FL. Summary: This position is responsible for the design and implementation of policies, rules and systems that support the Company Financial Data Governance initiative. It is directly responsible for the technical infrastructure, compliance and security over applications carrying financial data and applicable access (including Finance cloud applications). Essential Functions: * Responsible for documenting and ensuring appropriate financial data access between all Company finance applications, systems, and user access * Responsible for following up on all data quality management, data quality assurance, data governance and reporting excellence * Manage, oversee, and develop the work on several onshore and offshore contractual resources and define a strategic plan for the department * Ensure clear lines of responsibility, internal controls, and alignment with Company objectives * Lead a team to organize, plan, and lead multiple efforts in any function or process as needed by Finance and work closely with the Financial Systems Leadership team consisting of 6 Managers and various departments including Oracle Financials, Inventory Systems, Payroll, Shipboard Financial Applications, Financial Analytics, Capital/Financial Planning, Revenue, and Corporate Legal applications * Lead the design of the future strategic technology roadmap while providing guidance and support to Managers and Business Systems Analysts throughout the organization * Develop strategy to create a roadmap for Financial Technology by reaching out and partnering with the business * Work in conjunction with other teams within Finance, Purchasing, Corporate and Information Technology to insure cohesiveness with corporate goals and initiatives
