Your tasks:

Support and takeover of the ongoing accounting and reporting, monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for Metaldyne and Tekfor Group Germany according to local law and US GAAP in the absence of the main responsible person due to vacation, sickness or other reasonsVAT responsibility of the controlled companies including annual tax returnsIncome tax responsibility for the tax group companies in accordance with local and US GAAPQuarterly tax reporting of the controlled companies to the parent companyContact person for all tax mattersMonthly analysesContact person for auditors and tax auditorsCollaboration and management of projects such as tax audits, IT implementationsStatistics and reportingCash pool forecast with corresponding variance analysesTechnical contact person for accounts payable and accounts receivable

Required Skills and Education
