Ultra High-resolution 3D scanning, digitization, and bespoke archival solutions are some of the specific services Crozier’s affiliation with Iron Mountain affords. **ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY…** Crozier is seeking a Project Coordinator in our Vauxhall, UK Location to join our Museums department.. This role is integral to our operations, ensuring the seamless coordination of estimates and project management within our art logistics services. The project coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive a quality of service that is accurate and fitting to their specific requirements. The role will involve working in collaboration with the operations team, ensuring that all internal processes are followed, Which may include following rules for HMRC compliance for bonded stock and procedures for health and safety. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…** + Assistance with the preparation of estimates for shipping and transport of art works to and from national and international exhibitions + Liaison with clients and UK lenders (National Galleries, private lenders and commercial galleries) and adhering of their packing, collection and delivery procedures. + Completion of the necessary paperwork for shipping, installation, de-installation, packing and transportation of art works. + Processing of import and export procedures (NIRU, bonded stock and temporary admission) + Export licence applications + CITES licence applications + Following of Known Consignor and AVSEC procedures. + Administration of all aspects of national and international shipping (including updating systems, invoicing, packing and delivery notes and export instructions) + Coordination of exhibition projects + Liaison with case making facility and operations department + Arrange travel and accommodation requirements for couriers and technicians when required + Organise external materials and contractors for installation projects.
