THE JOB:

As a Fine Dining Cook II, you will be responsible for preparing meals and other food items in our up-scale dining outlets. In your role, you will partner with front-of-house staff to create WOW memories our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.54

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standardsPlate meals or other food items in accordance with plate presentation specificationsConsistently maintain proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back-of-house areasWork in an ala carte setting with the ability to monitor and control ticket flow and continuity of serviceEnsure guest safety by following proper food handling proceduresWork with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalentPrevious culinary training or vocational certifications preferredTwo (2) years food production experience in a similar high-volume restaurant preferredPrevious food production experience in a three-diamond rated property or above (AAA Diamond rating) preferredBe able to understand units of measurements and basic math skills preferredStrong knowledge of standard kitchen equipment along with health and safety regulationsStrong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniquesCan handle multiple tasks at one timeCan maintain knowledge of menu itemsHas high attention to detail
