Overview Job Summary: A Fine Dining Supervisor at Black Desert Resort is essential to ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction in one of our dining establishments. This position reports to one of our restaurant’s General Managers and assists in overseeing front-of-house operations, including guest services, staff management, and coordination with the kitchen, ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience. Job Responsibilities (but not limited to): Assist in leading and managing front-of-house operations to deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming and memorable dining experience. Supervise, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, fostering a positive work environment. Help management staff with overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and shift management, ensuring readiness and efficiency. Implement and maintain service standards, policies, and procedures to uphold the resort’s reputation for excellence. Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure efficient service flow and resolve any operational issues. Assist with front-of-house inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste. Assist in monitoring front-of-house expenditures and contributing to achieving financial targets. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies, conducting regular inspections and audits. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Experience in a luxury or high-volume setting is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software. Passionate about hospitality and guest service, with an approachable and professional demeanor. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $18.00/Hr. - $22.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
