Stuller, Inc. is the largest jewelry manufacturing and distribution facility in the United States and an industry leader in the domestic and international jewelry sectors. The position of Fine Jewelry Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing a merchandising business plan to grow the profitability of  Stuller’s Fine Jewelry category under the leadership of the Executive Director of Fine Jewelry & Gemstones.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive merchandising plan for the lifecycle of products.Collaborate with internal product development teams to create an on trend and essential product offering based on an assortment plan.Work with vendor partners to introduce new styles to fill assortment gaps and negotiate vendor pricing.Partner with the marketing team to create promotional materials and successfully launch new products.Create customer selling solutions to enhance in-case business within jewelry stores.Analyze market conditions and industry trends to drive product related decisions.Oversee the pagination of seasonal brochures and catalogs, proofing copy and artwork through to completion.Utilize reporting tools to analyze business performance and maximize profitability.Forecast product and business trends based on market analysis, planned promotions, and historical performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

Direct work experience in merchandising or business management.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Strong presentation skills to engage and inform large groups.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Flexibility and adaptability during times of change.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or a related field, or equivalent experience.Additional years of experience in the jewelry industry.Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing, diamonds, and gemstones.Strong design and merchandising intuition.
