**Job Title: Finish Carpenter** **Job Description** • Job sites located in six counties (Monterey to the south, Marin to the north), most jobs are located in San Francisco. • Perform and maintain quality standards of construction including precise finish scopes. • Execute to daily work plan. • Track work to the schedule and communicate regularly with foreman or superintendent. • Act as advocate for job site safety. **Hard Skills** + 3+ years finish carpentry experience + 3+ years high-end residential experience (provide 2 professional references) + Install experience of casing, baseboard, crown molding, paneling, doors, windows, siding, and cabinets + Install experience of stairs is a plus + Able to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications + Have a full complement of tools including specialty tools + Reliable transportation **Soft Skills** + Punctual + Client Interface + Working with Subcontractors **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Burlingame, California. **Work Environment** Finish carpenter will be working with a small team of other carpenters, superintendents/foreman but will sometimes be operating independently with the expectation that they are able to carry out and progress a project by themselves. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
